Client information, terms and conditions.

Area of applications:

The present General Commercial Conditions will be applied to all orders made through www.delolassteampunk.com (“the website”).
Contracting party:
The aforementioned e-commerce website is operated by Ms. Dolores López Gómez residing in C/ Potro 4 floor 1 door H, 28412 Cerceda, Madrid, Spain.

Contract closure:
Orders made through the website are binding offers for the closure of the corresponding trading contracts with Mª Dolores López Gómez.
It remains ar our disposal to accept these offers in a 14-day term starting from its reception, or to decline them through the corresponding notice.
The trading contract will not be fulfilled until we accept your order.
Said acceptance will be declared through the shipping of the ordered goods.
We reserve the right to decline orders from clients when there are reasons to believe said client breaches this General Commercial Conditions, is involved in fraudulent or criminal activities, or if there are other important causes.
Availability
Products and prices will be valid just as they appear in the website; products will be available as long as there is stock.
We reserve the right to modify at any time and without prior notice the products shown in the website, as well as to limit the number of products available per person and purchase.
All responsibility from lack of stock and non-availability is excluded.
It is strictly prohibited all kinds of resale or commercialization of all De Lola’Steampunk products purchased in the website. 
Consider that, after the order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Non-available wares

If the ordered goods cannot be supplied, we are able to give up the contract, even if the contract has been closed beforehand. In that case, we will notify you and refund immediately all considerations made.

Price and additional costs

The total price of your order, with all additional costs and shipping fares, is either indicated in the page or at the end of the check-out process.
When you confirm your order, you agree to the price of the goods.
No subsequent price changes will be made.

Payment conditions

El precio de compra de la mercancía pedida será pagadero con la tramitación de su pedido.

Supply

Delivery of ordered goods is made through a delivery service hired by us, usually in a 5 to 7 day term for Spain (peninsula), or a 6 to 10 day term for Europe, counting from the day after your order, as long as the item is in stock, and is made to the shipping address consigned by the customer. Until the entire purchase price has been satisfied, the merchandise will still be in our property. In exceptional periods or circumstances, these times may change, but this will be notified previously.

When the goods are delivered, you must check that the shipment is correct and complete.

Returns

Orders made through the website are considered firm purchases, and as a consequence of the exclusiveness of the product, refunds will not be admitted, except that when the delivered item does not correspond with the order made, or when the item has been damaged in the delivery. For this, you must document this circumstance graphically, and request the corresponding return within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the receipt of the article. The return of the item must be made within 15 days after the acceptance of the return by De Lola’Steampunk. 
The refund of the costs will not be made until the merchandise arrives unused and in its original condition at the aforementioned address, sent through the same way in which the payment of the purchase was made.
In these cases and provided that the return has been previously accepted and made by the means communicated by the seller De Lola’Steampunk will assume the return costs.
